One room for rent

Private one bedroom (not furnished) with closet for rent. Wood vinyl flooring and will have full access to personal bathroom shower/tub. Parking in front driveway. No other roommates. House is three bedrooms with a split floor plan, garage, fenced backyard, screened in pool. Occupied by me and two friendly dogs - one small, one large. Large dog is crated in third bedroom when left alone.
