Bedroom with great housemates

Bedroom within a three-bedroom apartment available for May 1 move in. If you’re looking for a peaceful and bright place in central Boca Raton to call home, this space might be for you.

What’s the space like? The bedroom has a nice size closet and big window. The bedroom will be delivered unfurnished. The shared space includes full access to the kitchen, living/dining areas, porch, and washer/dryer. The kitchens have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The building management company is superb and attentive. There are two other occupied bedrooms in the apartment, along with one additional bathroom. Building amenities include a parking space, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, grill, and gym. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and the apartment has central AC. We take pride in our space and we like to keep it clean at all times.

The space is available for May 1 move-in.

Who are you? Ideally, you are a working professional or full-time student looking for a quiet and drama-free place to live. You appreciate a neat and peaceful apartment and would be willing to participate in cleaning up after yourself and paying the monthly rent on time. Please have good credit, and be able to show proof that you could afford the rent.

Are there any lease terms or fine print? The minimum stay is six months with a potential option to renew. We split bills four ways for the costs of electricity, internet, water, and some basic household items. Our building management will charge a $125 application fee and run a credit check on you. A deposit, along with the first month of rent is required when signing the lease.

About the roomies
Who are we? We are two male roommates from New York, ages 31 and 37, and a female roommate age 28 from Chicago. We work in the fields of healthcare, construction management, and hospitality. We keep our apartment clean, low-key, and quiet, but we also love each other and like to check in with each other and support one another. We do have friends over on occasion, but we never have late-night parties or any shenanigans. We also have a cat. Our interests include yoga, outdoors, animals, nature, family, tennis, poetry, languages, psychology, weight lifting, kayaking, spirituality, documentaries, true crime, and being active.
