Awesome beautiful furnished room for rent

I have a private bedroom available in a freshly updated three-bedroom one-bathroom single family house on the east side of I-95 that can be rented out on Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis. The rates will be different based on the duration of stay The house is an independent house on a large lot. The neighborhood is very safe, clean and friendly. We are right next to the Rosemary Scrub, in case you need more precise location. There is a large yard in front of the house and the backside is a private fenced yard as well for our entertainment. 5 mins from downtown Boynton Beach, 10 Mins to downtown Delray Beach and Lake Worth, 15 mins to Boca Raton or to Palm Beach. 20 mins to Deerfield Beach or to West Palm beach. 30 mins to Wellington, Juno Beach or to Pompano Beach. 40 mins to Fort Lauderdale, Jupiter or Coral Springs. Basically just look for Rosemary Scrub Natural Area and you will be within a margin of error of +/- 1 min to estimate your commute. The house is mostly brand new because they did a full renovation from top to bottom. It looks beautiful in all possible ways. It is a delight to see and I am slowly giving it a character that is inviting, classy and relaxing. It is on the east side of 95 and under a mile from the beach. It takes 3 mins in the car to go to the beach.

Their are two bedrooms to be rented out in the house. One is about 8x11 (Room-B) and the other is about 10x11 (Room-A). Room A has a very large closet that pretty much spans the length of one of the walls (10ft). Room B has a decently big closet that is about 5ft wide and 8ft high. Both room have large windows that make the room look very inviting and provide plenty of natural light. There is bathroom + living room + kitchen in the middle that is collectively called the common area. Both rooms are fully furnished with excellent quality bed, mattresses and pillows. Both rooms also have a bedside table along with a full size work desk and an office chair. By all means this is similar to what you would expect in an Airbnb just without the commission costs.

There is living area and the kitchen that is available for you to use. We also have a front and a back yard that is good to relax in the evenings. There are a lot of trees and greenery around the house that makes this a very relaxing place to stay. You'll be sharing the house with me as I live in one of the rooms. I am a well educated 35 year old male. Two masters degrees and work as a director at a large corporation. Looking for someone who is a educated and professional. Eventually we will be three roommates who go along well.

Note - I will require a background check including credit and employment. Also no smokers, couples or people with kids or pets. A security deposit is needed to move in that will be refunded when you move out. Ideal for a student with higher education or an early professional who wants a safe, peaceful, clean and friendly environment.
