Furnished bedroom with private bath

Hi, I am renting a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in my home in Boynton Beach- This is a quiet neighborhood with a pool in the community and plenty of parking in designated areas. Utilities are all included (water, electricity and wi-fi). Sorry but no overnight guests, or pets please. Proof of employment - you must work full time with CLEAN criminal history I will run background check. Preferably woman, no drugs or heavy drinkers. Rent is $1,100 plus $1,000 for the security.
