Very nice complex. Clean, safe, apartments. There is a gym, a beautiful pool area, hot tub, a 1/2 mile walk around a lake in the middle of the complex. The apartment complex is only 10 minutes to the beach, (free parking) restaurants, and the delray “strip.”
This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. I will be moving away for about 6-8 months and will be bringing someone in to stay while I am away. I have 1 roommate, 25 year old, easy going guy. You can meet him before you move in. Only other month payment is FPL (Florida power and light) and wifi, which is split with my roommate.
