Looking for a roommate to move in - Delray Beach

My current roommate is moving out in the beginning of April so I’m looking for a girl roommate to fill her spot!! The room will be available April 15th.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath in Delray Beach, about a 15 minute drive from downtown Delray, Atlantic Ave. The room is unfurnished, but the shared spaces are fully furnished. Rent is about $1,320 including utilities, which are a flat rate (trash, water, etc.), but wifi and electric are billed monthly. Looking for someone to stay for the full year!!

I work full time, half from home. I like my space to be very clean and tidy, so I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys clean and cozy living spaces. Looking for someone around my age (mid-twenties) that has a more relaxed life style like me but still likes to have fun every once in a while.

I have a cat named Sadie, she’s a sweetheart to people and kinda just does her own thing. With Sadie being here, I’m looking for a roommate that is pet-free.
