Chill peaceful little house

Hi. I have one room and private bath for rent in my little home. I’m a teacher and real estate agent. I’m very busy and pretty peaceful. I’ve lived in many housing coops and shared communities. I eat and live pretty healthy. I have bikes and kayaks and jet skis and a huge yard for gardening that a roommate could enjoy. I’m looking for a six month rental with option to extend but can be flexible. The property is 2.5 miles to the beach so I bike there a lot. It’s also a few houses down form a beautiful lake with a nice path. I have 2 rescue dogs. They don’t chew or destroy anything and are very friendly and loving. I’m pretty even keel and not much bothers me. I have a 26 year old son who lives in St Pete. Once in a while he comes to visit for a weekend but not too often and he has his own room here too (which can be used for visitors if you should have any). Anyways, just hoping to find a likeminded person to live with.
