The room is decent sized with a window and a closet inside. You will have access to the guest bathroom. Shared kitchen, living, dining room, laundry areas. 1 parking space available. Room will be unfurnished. WiFi, electricity, water included in price of rent. Pictures available upon request. Room is currently being lived in and will be renovated before move-in date. 2 latest paystubs and background check required for move in.
