Great location near I-95 and High Ridge Road between Hypoluxo and Lantana. Publix, Aldi & Winn-Dixie close by; along with all the usual fast food places. House is 5 minutes to Lantana beach. 15 minutes to downtown Lake Worth and PBIA. 20 minutes to FAU in Boca Raton. Minutes from Palm Beach State College. . Restaurants, shopping, gyms, running trails around Lake Osborne Park, driving range close by. Schools and medical facilities within a ten mile radius.

The bedroom is at the rear of the house, separate from the other bedrooms, has hurricane windows, you would be the only tenant. Room is fully furnished with new furniture, full sized bed, desk, dresser and matching nightstand. Bedroom has oversized closet (not a walk in) and bath remodeled in 2021. Private bath but not attached to the bedroom. Room is T6 hard wired internet as well as wi-fi. I have air TV with 50 plus channels and 100 internet channels. 300 MPS with fast up and download speed. Plenty of online like Disney etc for you to set up. You need to bring your own TV for bedroom.

I am a very ,very clean person. Looking for the same. I have no dishwasher and I clean up after every meal. I expect the same from you. You have use of the living room when guests are over or if you wish to read or relax.

$1000.00 a month is firm, requires background check, work and/or school verification, first month and 500 security ($1,500 total move in).
