Looking for a third roommate in a relatively new development. We are Ross (me) and Josh, both of us are gay men (just friends), so definitely required to be ok with that. We’re pretty easy going.
The room is cozy with a shared bathroom, we don’t require a credit check. Josh and I are on the lease. We’re in a great location, easy access to 95, Aldi and Publix are walking distance, as well as a Wawa being built.
We’re a drug free household, alcohol is ok just don’t abuse it.
