The house sits on an acre so there is plenty of outdoor space for sun bathing, morning coffee, picnics, yoga, meditation, cartwheels, or whatever your outdoorsy thing is.
The house is nice and bright with white walls, freshly upgraded with granite countertops, soft close cabinets, ss new appliances, washer dryer, pretty stone floors and nicely upgraded bathroom, 80in screen tv in the living room with comfy couch, kitchen is equipped and open for your use as well.
The bathroom is a nice size with a tub and glass sliding door and nice tile throughout. It would be primarily your bathroom but it is also used for family whenever they visit. We can come to an agreement about the bathroom if you would like it to yourself though.
Driveway is pretty large and the yard is fenced and complete with gate and cameras around the property so you can be sure you and your things will be safe. You will have your own side of the driveway for easy in and out access we won’t have to be asking each other if we can move our cars.
The room is approximately 13x16 (rough estimate). With a nice size standard closet. Room also has blinds installed on glass double doors so you can have a lot of natural light or privacy. Room has a separate entrance your own door through the carport for your convenience and privacy.
The home is very spacious and open.
