Looking for roommate in Gardens

We have a washer and dryer in unit, communal kitchen and living room that is furnished and available to share at your leisure. You will have your own bedroom on the other side of the unit so noise level and privacy has never been a problem. You will also have your own bathroom with a bathtub. There is a third room for extra space if need be and we have a pool in our community which I frequent. Also, I have a very affectionate cat that may approach you for occasional pets.

am turning 41 this year and work 50+ hours at a restaurant. I’m at work a lot but on my days off I like to sleep in and rest, so I hang around. I’ve lived here for two years already and don’t want to leave, I love it here! I am friendly but keep to myself, and never entertain. If I do have a friend or two over only for about 30 mins or so before we leave and even then It’s quite rare, like maybe once a month or every other month. I will always let you know if that is your preference and in the same breathe I’m not a huge fan of unannounced guests but as long as we communicate and are respectful and understanding of each other, I think we’ll always be able to find a compromise
