Your new Home awaits

I have no current roommates I live here alone. There is a bedroom available it's not pictured because it's currently used as a den but is the exact same size as soon as you're looking at Ion the picture I would say I haven't changed it around as of yet cuz I want to leave room for people to bring their own stuff they needed to it has a large closet and ceiling fan and also central air conditioning event if you choose like to bring your own stuff I can have a bedroom set in there basically overnight or you can use the provided couches in there or we can just chat about it and figure out what we want to do this location is ideal because it is close to the number one bus route has a grocery store within two blocks away gas station two blocks away and a ton convenience stores within two blocks away the bus route number 16 South and North as far as Palm Beach gardens car rentals have a rental service you need to make a car for me you can do that as well we'll discuss pricing if you're interested so you won't be stranded one thing is we do have to share the bathroom just one bathroom to the house and two bedrooms mine and yours nice and quiet it's clean and it's home so welcome I'll see you soon
