I have 2 rooms available to rent in my home. This home is located in holiday lake estates. Rent is $800 per month the bigger room is $850 plus a $500 security deposit. $1300 to move in. I have one room that was recently renovated that’s in the back of the house that’s more private & one bedroom in the front of the house. I can furnished or unfurnished the room. The $800 includes the rent, water, electricity, WiFi, trash& using the laundry facility one time per week on your assigned day. No drama, prefer single person. Must have proof of income.
