$800 Furnished Room/Private Bath

Seeking a quiet roommate to rent a private room and bathroom in a 4 bed/3 bath house in Land O Lakes. There is only myself at the property. I am quiet neat and clean and looking for the same. Potential roommate must have secrure employment working outside the home. He/she can occupy the upstairs bedroom and have access to their own bedroom and bathroom and access to an open loft (common area upstairs) and shared gym, laundry, kitchen. The bedroom is furnished or can be un-furnished for your move in.

Although the upstairs loft is considered a common area (I never use it) it is included as part of the rent. I rarely go upstairs and this is mostly a lounge area so if you did not want to be in your room all the time perhaps use it for study or lounge area. This is a quiet environment so no entertaining or having guests over is not allowed on frequent basis. Particularly.

The house is located in an established community (non-gated) surrounded with lakes, trees and running trails. It is minutes from I-589 and nearby dining and shopping areas.

I am a single male who works from home so looking for a good roommate who is a working professional, or student. This is not the environment for anyone who is struggling to make rent. All social activity should be outside the home.
