I purchased this house in 2022 and have tried to upgrade the interior. Simulated wood floors in the living room but real wood floors in the rented room. Own bathroom for renter. Renter will have own refrigerator and can use kitchen if needed. HVAC unit outside the house. If I am paying the electrical, I would like to keep the thermostat at "77". Separate keys for renter. I work locally and am home quite a bit. I have 2 small dogs who I must clean up after so I would prefer no more animals. Person must like dogs - these will be friendly after meeting the person.
