House in gated community near Wiregrass Mall

I have a four bedroom house in a gated community near the Wiregrass Mall. I am renting a room and a private bathroom I am wanting to find someone who is looking for a long term rental. I do not want to be having different people come and go. The house has a clubhouse with a pool. I have a screened in lanai with a pool in the backyard. I have hard wood flooring in the bedroom and ceramic wood look porcelain throughout the house. The house has a new fridge/freezer in the garage and also a deep freezer in the garage plus a brand new air conditioner just installed. I currently have Hulu, Netflix plus Frontier internet, utilities are included.

I am an elementary school teacher. I work long hours during the week. I have an miniature Australian Shepard and a friendly cat. I am a very clean person and I am hoping to find a roommate who is also clean and will pick up after them self.
