I'm a Christian woman that believes in respectful and open communication. Conflict is inevitable, but it is important to work at being at peace with each other. This involves honestly and humbly addressing conflict and working toward a win-win solution. I am home during the day and night. I like a cold home (around 69 degrees). The windows and doors must remain closed because of my allergies. Men rarely spend the night. I have guests a few times per month, but I am very considerate to keep the noise levels low. I do not smoke, drink, or use recreational drugs. I like a clean home. I am very careful with spreading germs, thus the roommate will have their own kitchen cabinets and drawers. Roommate also must be willing to isolate if they have symptoms of illness or are in contact with individuals that come down with a communicable disease. Roommate must be willing to test for viruses or bacteria borne illnesses when symptoms or pertinent conditions arise. Roommate must be willing to wear proper masks when ill or potentially ill. Roommate must also be willing to get updated vaccinations.
