2 rooms for rent

2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath “trailer” style home. One room is a little larger than the other, bathroom would be shared between rooms. Tenants must possess a full time job and show proof of this job with paystubs before being considered to move in. No application fees. Looking for well mannered clean room mates, no heavy drinkers and absolutely no drugs. Inside of home was freshly remodeled about 7 months ago.
