Big safe house room for rent

Grandpa and grandson live together and have some extra rooms to share with the right individual preferably an older woman grandson is gone to work and school mostly and grandpa is a gentleman safe teddy bear kinda man. Hes a guard for local park. Price negotiable for right person a small poodle lives there also a gentleman. I am the mom and daughter to these men and im telling you its a quiet safe place to live nice neighborhood my dad and my son are shy but will be responsible respectful the worst that could happen is a toilet seat forgotten but ive warned them women dont like that. There very tidy. My grandma loved living there and she was in 90s the picture of backyard is of the dog saying hello to some deer thru the fence right before Christmas. No grandma didnt pass in that room. Room has been recently painted so has bathroom. Once you meet them you'll feel like family.
