Private furnished room with private bath

I just rented a two bath. Two bed in Safety Harbor. I am a yoga teacher and work a 9:00 to 5:00 office job, so I'm looking for someone who is professional and wants to create a positive upbeat drama-free home. As I have two pets, there will be no more animals permitted under the lease. For a person who wants a long-term situation that would require an application to the apartment. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Felipe Park and about a mile and a half from Central Safety Harbor. Apartment quiet hours will be 11:00 p. m. to 7:00 a. m. so this will not work for a night owl.
