Room for rent

I have 1 room available to rent. It is furnished with a queen bed and desk. Located in Davenport, 20 minutes to Disney and a couple turns away to I-4. You will have cabinet & fridge space in the kitchen and access to laundry room & pool area. You will also have a parking space in driveway. Daytime street parking is also allowed. We do have 2 doggies that stay in our rooms and we will not be accepting anyone with pets or children. We are clean, friendly, and kind young people. Not for couples.
