Room for Rent Off of Hwy 27!

Brand new townhouse off of HW 27. Guard gated community. There is one cat already. Other pets are welcome as long as they can get along with him! I am the homeowner. No deposit needed and all utilities are included! Bathroom is Jack and Jill style. Bedrooms are on second floor along with washer and dryer. Please message me if you have any questions or would like to see more pictures! Tours are preferable on the weekends, but I can make weekdays work!

Must give at least 3 months notice before leaving or find a replacement. No security deposit needed, but you will be responsible for any major damage to your room. Hoping for you to sign a 1 year lease, but willing to have a 3 month or month to month lease. No smoking inside the house.
