Unfurnished room for rent

Hi! I am a recently divorced woman looking to rent out my spare bedroom. It is unfurnished but has access to your own full size bathroom. I do have 3 large dogs and a cat at the house. So you would not be able to have any of your own animals. I wake up early and work from home. I am okay with couples, as long as there is no drama. You would have access to a shared kitchen as well as the rest of the house. No smoking, no parties, no drama.
