Room for rent - by Lakeland Square Mall

The room is very spacious with its own closet. It will be furnished. You will have your own bathroom to yourself. The shared areas are the kitchen, living room, patio, garage, laundry room, and backyard. No smoking is allowed in the house. There are multiple stores and restaurants located nearby such as best buy, target, Olive Garden, Starbucks, chick-fil-a, etc. The current roommate occupying the other room will be my mother. She works from home and will need no loud noise in the house. Preferably no kids. If it is a couple the rent will then be $1000 to cover the electricity, water, etc.
