Rooms for rent in Poinciana Florida very clean..

I have a house and I have a spare room for rent.. it's not a gigantic room but it's not small either it's an average size room.. it does have a decent size closet. I have a washer and dryer that you can use it includes electricity and water and Wi-Fi 6 also the kitchen is open for you to use there's a coffee maker and air fryer a toaster a microwave and oven refrigerator etc etc. So was that you can use you also have your bathroom and there is a garage that you can use to clean your car occasionally.. and there is a patio in the back with a nice table chairs and also a grilled so you can use. Looking for somebody responsible for long-term. Please have a good job be very stable as I am.. it's very clean never no messes and nobody really comes over.. so basically it will be just me and you living here..
