5) Use of beautiful refreshing POOL and sunbathing on the lanai!

We are both easy going and quiet. We enjoy the pool and watching TV in the evening. We play with our dog in the back yard. Our dog does not bark or bite, she is a sweetheart! We are clean and I vacuum daily. You will have access to everything you could need for cooking in the kitchen. The pool has a nice lanai that you can layout and get a tan or float along on a float in the refreshing pool.

We are looking for one woman, no pets, the rooms are furnished. We want a clean person who cleans up after themselves. We share the kitchen and pool. There is parking on the driveway. We want you to be happy here and we want to be happy with you here. We are seeking a 3-6 month lease as a "trial" period and if thing are working out for all parties then you can stay indefinitely. We hope to add you as a member of our happy household. We are quiet and watch TV mods nights either in the family room or in our bedroom.

We are located on a quiet street in North Port and conveniently located: 3.9 miles to Publix Heron Creek and Walmart Neighborhood, 3.8 miles up S. Biscayne to Tamiami Trail ( like Rte 1), 8.9 miles to Venice, 8.4 miles to Port Charlotte, 20 miles to Punta Gorda, 24 miles to Sarasota, 4 miles to Rte 75 and 39 miles to Fort Myers. Sarasota Memorial Hospital and ER are just 6 miles away!

We have rented two rooms in Massachusetts for over 10 years. We are used to what it takes to have a successful, harmonious household!
