Mi casa

Looking for one person, non-smoker, without pets. We love animals but have enough of our own. Prefer to rent furnished :) Convenient location to everything in Sarasota! Located 5-10 minutes away from downtown and Sarasota Memorial Hospital, bike riding distance to stores, located in a neighborhood connected to the Legacy Trail (20 mile bike trail going from Sarasota to Venice). My husband, myself and our middle-school aged daughter live here. We have a handful of sweet fur friends; 2 dogs and 2 cats. We are looking for one laid back person, neat but not meticulous (our house does have some quirks but nothing major). No cigarette smoking or partying allowed. The high ceiling bedroom has a private entrance and a half bathroom that is not attached to the room (located in the hallway) that can be designated for renter. Must share a full bathroom upstairs with our daughter. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms total in the house. I look forward to chatting/meeting you to see if you are a good fit to our household!
