Roommate needed

Looking for someone to take over my room and live with my roommate Cody, he’s 30 years old and works nights. He’s barely home during the week and usually out on the weekends. The room is a great size. The bathroom is right next to the room, which is super convenient. Living room is spacious and has a fireplace! Washer and dryer are included. Kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasherIt’s a quiet neighborhood with good location. The mall, shopping stores, and plenty of restaurants are all right up the street!
