Room For Rent in Country Home For Senior

I am a senior lady seeking another senior who needs a short-term place to call home.

I would like to rent my back bedroom to a fellow senior who just needs a short-term place up to one year, until they are able to secure an ideal permanent residence.

As I mentioned, I am looking for a senior that may be interested in a short-term term rental. One month, two months. Three months or six months,,,up to one year..... I am not looking for permanent rental requests.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY....MUST LOVE ANIMALS TO LIVE HERE !!!

I am an "Old Lady" seeking another mature senior over 55, that would not mind sharing for a short time, my home and with a few of my pets.

Please be aware that I am NOT Martha Stewart. And this is NOT a home you will find in the popular magazine "HOUSE BEAUTIFUL" or "GOOD HOUSEKEEPING".

Sorry about that, but if you need that type of environment, just keep on looking.

But you will find a lot of Love here for Mother Nature, God and His beautiful animals.

Love the sound of a rooster waking you up in the morning?
This would be a paradise for you. If you long for the farm life you grew up with, look no further.

My home is located in the Oviedo area and I share my one acre with a couple rescue dogs and kitties.
I have White-Tailed Deer in the back garden every evening eating the corn I put out for them.

I also have many chickens that provide an endless amount of entertainment and best of all, tasty eggs to eat.

*VERY IMPORTANT*
Please check out the photo of the German Shepherd I own. He does not like other animals. Please consider this if you would like to bring your own pet. Most likely he will eat your beloved pet. And we would all cry. He is good with people, just not other animals. He is very territorial and does not permit other animals in "his house".

There is no bus service close to the house.
So please be aware that it would be best to have either a motor vehicle
or perhaps an Amish horse and buggy to drive two miles to a brand new Publix and Winn Dixie.

There is a "Quickie Mart" about 1 1/2 miles from the house.

I am about 9 miles from UCF, which according to Google Directions takes 18 mins for arrival time.
I myself attended UCF many years ago and received a degree in Fine Arts.

I have a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in a nice area.

I have a senior gentleman who has lived on the other side of the house for the past 4 years. He stays in his bedroom or his office most of the time. Other than the dogs barking once in a while at the racoons, possums and deer, it is pretty quiet out here in the country. Oh, and you might hear an owl at night and the rooster will crow in the morning!

Currently, I am in the process of cleaning, painting, remodeling and repairing a bit.
There is a fair amount of "fixing up" to do here, so please understand that the house is not yet perfect.
But I'm working on it!!!

If you would like some companionship and cheer, and would like to pick vegetables in my garden, get away from the rat race, interact with nature, and help feed the deer corn every night, this might just be the place for you. It is rather a quiet life. My days of disco dancing and worldwide travelling are slowly coming to an end.

I myself, am not a smoker but if you wish to indulge, I have a back patio connected to the house where you can smoke. No alcoholics or illegal drug users need apply.

I have WiFi.
I have large screen tv in your room.

I have Laundry Facilities for your convenience. You have full access to the kitchen. I enjoy cooking and I often cook big meals to share.

The room is completely furnished.
Generally speaking, I have all the amenities you would expect and even more you wouldn't expect.

I will ask $535.00 for the monthly rent....and includes everything! Yippeeee!
