Lake Mary Home to Share

Hello, I am a single mom to my 13 yr old son. We live a pretty quiet life. We are very laid back, go with the flow. I have a financial plan and would just like to get from point A to point B faster if possible. Rent and just about everything else has gone up so much I think sharing a space and expenses makes sense to save and get ahead. I do not have company often. "Plug and play" as far as rent utilities included. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Down from top golf and I4. There is a firepit area and pool. The home is spacious. I am very respectful of someone else's space and respect privacy. The bathroom is private.
