Room is large with 2 large windows. Enormous walk through closet to bathroom. Carpeted floors in the rooms. I am currently using this room and closet for storage as I am continuing to unpack, but it can be cleared out before someone moves in.
Shared spaces: Connected living room and kitchen with laminate floors. I have 2 ESA cats that are very friendly but still not used to people, but it is important to me that my roommate loves animals and respects my cats. I feed them on the kitchen island (cleaned daily). There is a screened patio. The apartment has a fitness center, tech cafe, clubhouse, and a pool.
