Comfortable and Clean room for rent

Hello,
Seeking a responsible and mature roommate, we have a 1 bedroom and bathroom available, the bathroom will be shared with 1 roommate. All inclusive rent included, electricity, water, wifi, pest control, security, lawn care, access to kitchen and living room (you are more then welcome to use the dishes, or bring your own, whatever makes you comfortable)
Rent is due no later than the 1st of every month.
Must be comfortable with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Preferably no smoking, or partying, we are a pretty calm household.
