Room for rent

Room with private bathroom. Common areas include living room, dining area, kitchen, small fenced backyard with covered patio, and garage.

First and last months rent are due at move-in.

I work and go to school full-time and am generally quiet and neat. I have a child that lives at home. We have a cat and are planning to adopt a puppy in the fall.

The house is newly bought and we will be moved in by mid-July. There will be upgrades over the coming months, including new flooring, fresh paint throughout, and updated landscaping.

Included in the rent: access to the community pool, Internet, pest control, all utilities, storage space in the garage, lawn care, and monthly cleaning service.

Your space will include a private bedroom and bathroom - the desk and other items will be removed prior to move-in. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and backyard will be shared. You will have your own space for groceries and kitchen items in the refrigerator, cabinets, and pantry.
