- There are 2 other roommates who are occupying first floor rooms.
- Room availability is on second floor (with private bathroom)
- 1 month security deposit is needed. This will be returned at the end of your lease (unless you are evicted)
- Smoking and Drugs are prohibited in then house. If you'd like to, please do it outside of the property.
- Guests only allowed if they are brought to my attention beforehand.

Currently 3 males occupy the household. I am not looking for anyone specific as a roommate, but please feel free to msg/ contact me if you have concerns or questions about anything in respect to the property, will do my best to respond asap!
