My roommates and I are looking to rent out the downstairs, private, master bedroom of our brand-new three-story townhouse. It is the only room on the bottom floor minus the attached garage. It has a walk-in closet, carpet flooring, master bathroom with two sinks and a stand-up shower with high water pressure. While the photo shows no ceiling fan, we recently installed a large one for the room. This 2nd master bedroom will also include a covered porch area and private access via the garage which you will also be using yourself. It comes furnished with a bed and several dressers as well as a microwave and mini-fridge if you would like. We can remove any of the furniture for you.

Some things about the house,

As stated above, it is brand new. We are the first two to live in the house and you will be the first one to live in the 2nd master bedroom. All appliances are brand new and work wonderfully. We also installed a water purification system that purifies all water throughout the house. The water from the sink is cleaner than water out of a Brita filter handheld system. This is a very spacious house as you can see from the pictures. We have a full kitchen and two separate living areas that you are more than welcome to use at any time. My roommate and I are busy with our jobs; he works in an office and I work from home.

UCF is a 20-minute drive away.

The neighborhood has a small gym, with some cardio equipment and free weights but there is a full gym just 5 mins away from us.

As you can see there is many things to do and places to eat in the area. We are also very close to 417 so access to the rest of Orlando is not far away.

Preferably a female because we've had past roommates in other places that were guys and guys can be messy.... Considering we both work frequently, we cannot worry about having to clean up after others. Nor do we wish to..... However, we will accept any male roommates that we believe are responsible and clean.

No excessive alcohol use. Very strict on this.

A little about my roommate and I

I am 31 and I have developed a career in insurance and am finishing my bachelor's in economics which I've obtained at a halftime rate which is why I? m still finishing it.

The other roommates are professionals in their field.

We are all fairly quiet, keep to ourselves and enjoy nerdy things.
