STUDIO with separate entrance and screened patio- large walk in closet and bathroom. This will not share living space with main Condo. The room is equipped with small refrigerator, microwave, and hotplate. The tenant will have an option to have the queen size bed (as pictured) OR an L-shaped couch with a full size bed and memory foam mattress if they desire more room for other furniture. Includes all utilities and shared washer and dryer on weekends.
Community has its own beach access less than a mile, pool and workout with a few feet from unit, gated parking, and a residential condo community. Walking distance to beach and shopping center
