It is 3 miles from shopping & US1, 15 min from 95 or the turnpike, 20 minutes to Jensen Beach or St. Lucie West, and only 30 min to Stuart or Vero.

I'm a 64-year-old Christian grandmother who hosted over 200 exchange students over 10 years. So I'm easy to get along with those who believe respect is a two-way street. Renting month to month but hoping things work out for a long run (1-2 + years).

1 very friendly, independent cat who spends the day outside and night in my room.
3 laying chickens in the back (no rooster) who are contained & do not share people areas.
1 small fish tank with 2 tiny catfish and 2 small blue snails.
1 (caged outside) very old very friendly snake that belongs to my sons who may actually be able to take him back soon.
