Room has comfy queen size bed w dresser, nightstand, tv, firestick, and closet/storage.

You’ll have access to living room, kitchen, lanai, backyard, washer/dryer, and 1 parking spot in driveway.

You can smoke outside and a few drinks are okay but absolutely no drug use.

No overnight visitors and sorry no pets.

$900/mo. + 1 mo. refundable security deposit to move in ($1800 total).
About the roomies

Home is shared with 2 roommates however you will only be sharing bath with 1.

Home is split floor plan so one of the roommates will be on the other side of the home with their own bathroom.

I do not live in the unit.
