I am a single mom, with 2 kiddos -- 17 & 14. So, I will be VERY picky when it comes to a roommate. However, I am offering the Master in my home. The room is furnished - private bath and walk-in closet. You dont have to go through the entire house to leave or come home. The room is right next to the garage/front door. If you would like to park in the garage, we can discuss this. I have a big fenced in back yard. no dogs or cats... reptiles or small animals are welcome.
