House Share in Ormond Beach

I am looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 4 bdrm 2 bath house on 1/2 acre. You would have 2 bedrooms and a private bath. I have a bedroom and a private bath. The other bedroom and sitting room is the office. Share the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Screened in Porch, Washer/Dryer and driveway. Utilities are split 50/50. Water is included. I work full time from home and looking for someone who also works. When I'm not home, I'm at the park, eating dinner out or at church. I'm drama free, keep my house clean, do not drink or do drugs and I am respectful of privacy. I would expect my roommate to also be clean and respectful. I do have a small dog but I'm not looking to add any more pets. I occasionally smoke cigs outside (I'm trying to quit-really).
