Roomate Wanted

I'm looking for a roommate to share my home, the applicant will need to sign a month-to-month lease. If you are a smoker outdoors only, no smoking inside the home. My home is fully furnished which will include for the renter a bedroom, private bath, washer dryer, cable, wi-fi, internet, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and screened-in deck parking is available. My requirements are a monthly rent of 1000.00 that includes all the above, applicants can be female or male but need to be age 55 plus which are the requirements in the gated community. Located on the premises is patrolled security, and extras provide a pool for swimming, hiking paths, and club activities which is a 20.00 membership fee if interested, but membership is not required if you don't want access to the pool and club activities. Because of the rules of the gated community and before moving in, the applicant will need a background check with the administration office paying a 50.00 fee. This process can take up to 2 days and I would prefer to meet in person before signing the contract unless you are out of state. If you are out of state, we can talk over the phone about your expectations and mine before your background check is done, and to see if this works for you. I expect that you clean up after yourself and we both respect each other's space and rent paid to start on the move-in date and each month following.
