It is a well-kept single-family home with 4 bedrooms in an incredibly quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk lands you at the Choctaw beach park/boat ramp. It includes a BBQ, a beautiful common area, a fully equipped kitchen, two washers, and dryers so waiting will be a minimum if at all, and a back patio and fire pit.
