My husband and I are renting out the other 3 bedrooms in our house. $300 week per room. All utilities included.(power, water, wifi) shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, washer&dryer. Room includes Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, and a flat screen roku TV.
Pet friendly(depending on situation. And a $500 deposit required if approved. $350 returned when you leave as long as room is clean, $150 is non-refundable for cleaning) Beautiful secluded wooded yard w/ pond on property. We are currently cutting down a few trees and making a lot nicer going down towards the pond. Its not the fanciest place in the world but its cozy and quiet. 20 min from Athens
