Room for Rent Near Starland

The room is with a shared balcony and bathroom. There is a large closet and high ceilings in the room. You can get some street noise sometimes since we are by Montgomery and there's a house under construction down the street.
The home is beautiful and recently renovated. It's close by Starland district so pretty close to SCAD buildings and buses. It has three stories, attic has a shared studio space for work or art! The backyard has a shed, a fire pit, and we're starting a gardening project so we share veggies whenever they're ripe. The shed has lots of storage space and there's free parking on the street out front and one space by the shed in the backyard.
All utilities included in rent, we have shared washer and dryer, big TV downstairs, and unlimited wifi. I furnish the shared areas and provide basic dishes like utensils, pots, pans, basic stuff. We have lots of shelves and each roommate has their own shelf space in kitchen and in fridge too.

I'm Juno, I'm the property manager so I'm basically the super for the house! I have twi cats named Paris and Midnight, I'm 23 and I'm an illustration major.
There's currently two other roommates. Emma is in the next room so you two will be sharing a bathroom and balcony, she gardens up there a bit! The other roommate Abby is studying interior design. They're both lovely and down to earth. I'd prefer to rent out to another student since this lease is for the duration of the Spring quarter.
