Beautiful House right across from Daffin Park

Hi all! I moved into this beautiful house in January and have spent the last two months furnishing it!

Common rooms:

• 2 living rooms (one with new 65 in TV)

• Huge dining room (can seat 18 with two tables!)

• Kitchen (island with barstool chairs)

• Workshop area (larger worktable, pegboard tools on wall, washer and dryer. -Shared bathroom for whoever rents the two available rooms (separate tub and shower).

Two bedrooms available:

• The smaller room with smaller closet at the front of the house would be 950/mo.

• The larger room with larger closet would be 1050/mo. The larger room already comers with a new mattress.

Utilities included

• Gas

• Electric

• Cable (Youtube TV)

• Water

I’m also an amateur cook, so I have lots of kitchen equipment, appliances, and utensils. The workshop area also has a bunch of tools. There is a yard which is big enough to bbq, have a garden, and host people outdoors. There is a two car driveway, but for a third person we could alternate parking on the street behind the house which is very close.

About me: I moved to Savannah in April 2023. I enjoy sailing, singing, playing ultimate frisbee, camping, hiking, board games, and photography. I’m active in the community; I'm on the board of a local sports organization, and have plenty of personal references available. I have a beautiful one-eyed dog named Odin, he is extremely sweet, low-maintenance, and is usually at daycare while I’m at work. I'd consider other dogs or cats, but would prefer otherwise. I work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. When I’m not working I’m usually out with friends, so I’m not home all the time.

I’m looking for roommates in their mid 20s or 30s with similar lifestyles. It’s important to me that the common spaces are kept clean, but I’m really easy going and if there’s instances where you forget, are too tired, or are just a normal human and aren’t always perfectly tidy, it’s no big deal, just communicate well!
