Downtown Woodstock

My name is Brad, I work in finance and I am not home very much so whoever decides to move in will pretty much have the place to themselves 80-85% of the time. 3 story townhouse with 1 available bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom is mine and my 12 yr old daughter has the other room (she’s not there often either). Located in downtown Woodstock and is walking distance to everything there. I have an empty bedroom so I’m looking for someone to fill it. $950 per month will cover room + utilities (unless you’re one of those that uses extreme amounts of water and runs the A/C on 65° nonstop lol). My 12-year-old daughter has the other bedroom & neither of us are there very often. I prefer females (numerous reasons and will share later) but will consider everyone.
