If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable living situation then this might be perfect for you. It's a nice place, ideal for working professional like myself. No preferences really except that who ever moves in is a neat, clean person who would treat this place with the same care as their own (in other words, please be respectful). I'm not home much due to work schedule, but am always available to help, even if by phone.
About Me: Originally from Florida/South Carolina. Recently moved back to Atlanta in 2022. I'm into music and fitness and it would be nice to share place with someone with similar interest but is not necessary at all.
