Room for rent

If you have questions, ask me please. I have 3 rooms upstairs (mine, my daughters, and the spare room). The spare room is for rent. You would have to share a bathroom with my 12 year old daughter. The laundry room is downstairs. We hardly ever use the living room but you are welcome to. We pretty much stay in our rooms while we are home. I do work from home so I am downstairs in the basement room next to the laundry room all day. Looking for someone quiet. Maybe someone who works alot. We are mostly quiet except for when I yell at my playstation. Must be okay with my potty mouth while I play playstation. Other than that, I'm normal.
