1 bedroom for rent in a newer 3br/2.5ba townhome in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to the Braves Stadium, military base, Kennesaw mountains, and other attractions.

I am a clean freak, so the ideal renter will be equally as clean. Other than that, I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I also travel frequently for work, so there will be times when you will have the entire house to yourself.

$750/mo (due 1st of month) $425/biweekly (due 1st and 15th), $250/week

House Rules
- no pets, no smoking anything, no shoes in the house
- no food upstairs
- limited overnight guests
- do not share access codes or passwords with guests
- common areas to be kept clean and clutter free at all times
- dishes and kitchen to be cleaned nightly
- access to the rental room and bathroom must be given for monthly cleaning
